Scope

Clear deliverables, milestones, and a quote-based proposal. No vague “we’ll figure it out later.”

Build

Our engineering team ships in iterations with regular check-ins—web, mobile, APIs, and integrations.

4

Handoff & support

Documentation, deployment support, and optional retainers so you are not left on your own.

Frequently asked questions

How do you price custom software projects?

We scope each engagement individually and provide quote-based proposals after discovery. Pricing depends on complexity, timeline, and team involvement—not a one-size-fits-all rate card.

What technologies do you use?

Our team works with modern stacks including Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, and cloud-hosted APIs—chosen to fit the project, not forced from a template.

How long does a typical project take?

MVPs and focused builds often run from a few weeks to a few months. Larger systems are phased. We agree milestones upfront so you know what ships when.

Is this the same as requesting a product demo?

No. Product demos are for Zula, AgoraVibe, and our other platforms. Custom software projects start with a project conversation—use our contact form with topic Custom software or visit this page’s Start a project link.

Are you hiring, or is this for client work?

Client projects are separate from careers. We welcome future collaborators on our Careers page, but “custom software” here means paid engagements where our engineering team builds for your organization.
